Through comprehensive research, we identified that despite a $156 billion global urban planning market, no solution offered parcel-level predictive modeling for municipalities under $100,000. Existing tools either aggregated at county-levels (losing individual property insight) or cost hundreds of thousands of dollars (beyond most municipal budgets).
